We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from our Paris-based studio.
Each order is carefully packed with attention to detail, respecting both the integrity of the piece and the planet.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
France, European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway.
Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The shipping carrier will contact you prior to delivery if any fees are due.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times (excluding customs clearance delays):
France: 2–4 business days
Europe: 2–8 business days
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Asia-Pacific: 4–10 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total order cost. This ensures:

Pre-Orders
Some pieces are produced on demand or available via pre-order. Shipping timelines are specified on each product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.

REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You must request your return within this period.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that are damaged, incomplete, soiled, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted, exchanged, or refunded.
How to request a return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to proceed.Please note: any return sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and offer the most suitable solution.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing the return process first, then placing a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
